【記者黃緒生台北報導】國道5接國道3南下車道13日晚發生嚴重車禍，現場警消指出，目前車內45名乘客已全數救出，共有32人明顯死亡，現場警消陸續搬運遺體，部分罹難者家屬也抵達現場誦經。案發後，行政院表示高度關切。
國5接國3南下車道13日晚9時許發生嚴重車禍，現場警消指出，由「蝶戀花旅行社」所承辦的武陵農場賞櫻團，傍晚結束行程準備北返時，疑似因車速過快翻落邊坡，造成嚴重傷亡。
警消統計截至晚上11時49分，目前已將車內45人全數救出，共32人明顯死亡。國道現場目前約有200名警消投入救援，30具遺體目前仍放置在靠近邊坡旁的柏油路上等待搬運，罹難者家屬也陸續抵達現場，在旁誦經、助念。
另外，由於已搶救完成，目前消防人員正準備出動拖吊車準備將傾倒在邊坡的車體拉正。2017/02/13
國道重大車禍 萬芳醫院2死2命危
【記者黃緒生台北報導】國道5號接國道3號轉彎處13日晚9時發生車禍，造成重大死傷，2男2女送市立萬芳醫院，其中2人確定不治、另2人還在急救中，生命危急。
萬芳醫院副院長白冠壬晚間11時40分說明患者情形，表示醫院收治2男2女，其中1男1女到院前已無生命跡象，2人頭部皆有重大外傷，腹部、腹腔部骨折，經搶救後仍無力家電回天。2017/02/13

全球鑽石、珠寶商機即將在港璀璨登場！由香港貿發局主辦的第4屆香港國際鑽石、寶石及珍珠展，2月28日至3月4日在亞洲國際博覽館舉行；專門展示珠寶首飾成品的第34屆香港國際珠寶展3月2日至6日在灣仔香港會議展覽中心接續登場，兩大展覽匯聚50個國家及地區，近4,500家參展商共同搭建出全球規模最大的珠寶商貿平台。
貿發局台灣總經理朱耀昌表示，台灣是香港第九大珠寶首飾市場，兩地業者長期來在珠寶首飾及原材料貿易上建立了穩定的關係。今年兩項盛會得到台灣珠寶業界的鼎力支持，台灣區珠寶公會也再次組團參展，號召200家台灣參展商，珠寶業精銳盡出，搶攻全球鑽石與珠寶商機。
貿發局統計，上屆兩展吸引了來自147個國家及地區，超過80,000位買家入場參觀採購，其中台灣買家也有2,300位，反應熱烈。為台灣買家提供完善服務，貿發局規畫商貿配對、專享商務差旅贊助及各類交流活動，吸引更多台灣珠寶業者參觀展會，利用貿發局國際展貿平台，發掘更多商機。
第4屆香港國際鑽石、寶石及珍珠展，聚焦在未鑲嵌鑽石、貴重寶石、半寶石及珍珠等原材料；來自台灣的綺麗珊瑚是展會攤位面積最大的參展商，其他知名參展商還包括德國Paul Wild、香港Novel Collection Ltd、民生珠寶（香港）公司、安寶石首飾公司等知名業者。展覽將以不同範疇的原材料劃分多個展區，包括匯聚全球頂尖鑽石供應商的「美鑽精粹廊」、專門展出貴重寶石及半寶石的「自然瑰寶」及展出優質珍珠的「海洋瑰寶」。
