高市大樹區農會今年總幹事有3人登記競選，其中以拚5連霸老將、現任總幹事張清榮，對上首度參選新秀、高市農會保險部主任高子珺，選情白熱化。張清榮挾連續4屆獲績優總幹事威力、及16年來在地方經營佳績，普遍被看好；不過，初生之犢不畏虎，新秀也不容小覷。
下屆總幹事登記有張清榮、農會祕書歐幸娟、高市農會保險部主任高子珺，其中歐幸娟與張清榮屬於同陣營，有如「備胎」影響不大。
高子珺由爭取高市農會理事長的蕭漢俊支持，眾所周知，蕭漢俊是前立法院長、現任立委王金平大樁腳，因此，高子珺被視為藍營；張清榮同時是市政顧問，被視為親市長陳菊人馬，因此，今年大樹區農會總幹事遴選，被視為藍綠對決。
不過，高子珺否認是藍綠對決，她說「只有農民問題，沒有藍綠」，真心想回大樹為農民服務，萬事起頭難，正努力爭取農民認同。
相對於首度參選高子珺青澀，張清榮顯得老神在在說，多年來為地方農民服務成績大家看得到，希望能再度獲得肯定。

大陸權威機構公布報告顯示，今年1月份，大陸各廠牌手機在大陸出貨量減少5％至4,700萬支左右，上市新機型則年減22.2％至63款。市場分析，業者為求提高利潤，正將機海戰術調整為精品戰術，並預估今年全年大陸手機出貨總量將出現下滑。
據中關村在線報導，中國信息通信研究院日前公布「2017年1月國內手機運行分析報告」指出，1月份大陸手機市場出貨量為4,686.4萬支、年減5.1％，其中，4G智慧手機出貨量4,512.6萬支，占總出貨量的96.3％。另外，大陸國產手機占總出貨量的87.13％。
去年1月同期，大陸手機出貨量為4,940萬支，其中4G智慧手機占比為89％。而去年12月，手機出貨量曾飆升至6,316萬支、年增11.8％，當月上市新機型達107款。去年全年手機出貨量為5.6億支、年增8.8％，新上市機型達1,446款。
該報告指出，1月份上市新機型共63款，年減22.2％，可以看出由於春節影響，新品推出數量明顯下降，手機廠商會把更多精力放在2月中旬到3月之間，目前包括魅族、華為榮耀等品牌都將會在2月中下旬發表新品。
報告顯示，4G手機已成為市場主流，且全網通手機占比也在逐漸提高。今年1月份出貨的4G手機中，全網通手機占比80.6％。
搜狐科技分析，從最新數據可看出兩點，首先，今年全年大陸手機市場總量將出現下滑，整體市場的成長幅度不太可能達到去年的同期水平。根據市場研究機構德商GfK的預測，2017年中國大陸手機市場增速持續放緩，競爭進一步加劇，廠商的盈利能力將備受考驗。
其次，由於今年內不少廠商將重點放在增加利潤，因此可能更聚焦在機型策略上。華為手機業務CEO余承東稍早指出，今年華為手機業務要重點抓利潤。另外，靠著機海戰術在去年末實現盈利的魅族，該公司高層也表示，2017年一定要聚焦精品路線，摒棄去年混亂的產品線。
報導指出，如今手機市場已接近成為快速消費品市場，更新換代的速度太過迅速，對於主打性價比的手機廠商而言，既要保證產品產品不被市場淘汰，還要確保成本均攤能夠實現。
